  • Screen Freezing • Please reboot the unit. To perform an emergency reboot:
    Please press and hold the 2 touch points (either the top left and bottom right, or the top right and bottom left) below for 10 seconds.

    • You may need to update the software. Update through the GolfBuddy Manager program. If you do not have the GolfBuddy Manager program, get it for free. (Download here: http://www.golfbuddyglobal.com/support/downloads.asp)

    • If you are still experiencing issues : Service Request Registration
  • No Satellite Signal • Please note: You are unable to acquire satellite reception while indoors - please make sure you are outside.

    • While on the golf course make sure you have an unobstructed view of the sky. Please head to the tee box.

    • Initial satellite connection may take up to 15 minutes; please note that weather may affect the signal strength.

    • If you are still experiencing issues, please sync your unit to the GB Manager program and update the firmware and course database. For instructions on syncing with GB Manager, click link below: http://help.golfbuddyglobal.com/.

    • If you are still experiencing issues, please reboot the unit. To perform an emergency reboot:

    • If you are still experiencing issues : Service Request Registration
  • No Voice • Make sure the volume is not muted . From the main screen, please swipe down to bring up the Setting Screen and touch the desired volume level. Touch the check icon at the bottom left screen to save your volume setting.

    • If there is still no voice, please perform an emergency reboot. To perform an emergency reboot:
